14-day money-back guarantee
Every invitation comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with what you have created, write to us at info@invite-atelier.com within 14 days of your payment and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give us a reason.
How to request a refund
Send an email to info@invite-atelier.com from the address you used to create your account and tell us which invitation you would like refunded. We reply within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3 business days.
How you get your money back
Refunds go back to the payment method you originally used, through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the amount usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct any processing fee from a refund.
The personalised video add-on
The personalised video add-on (79€) is the one exception. It is custom work produced for you individually, so it can no longer be refunded once we have started production. Until we start, you can cancel it and we will refund the add-on in full. The rest of your invitation always stays covered by the 14-day guarantee.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, the invitation is unpublished and its link stops working. Any RSVPs collected up to that point are deleted along with the invitation, so export anything you want to keep before you write to us.
